Re: New 2011 purchases
Simon, can't they be bought through their nursery or only online. The other thing I find strange LB do not have prices.

Re: New 2011 purchases
I bought 5 roses yesterday at our field days, they are Fimbriata, Vanguard, Belle De Crecy, Souv de Philemon Cochet and Roseraie de L'Hay. Great plants, good size, some close to 3 year olds, These were purchased from Noel/Mistydowns

Re: New 2011 purchases
Dave Laneii is quite a strong grower, grew to 4ft in the first year. It grows to around 5ft foliage wise its reasonably healthy. If you want to see what its offspring is like use it as a pollenator, I croseed it with moulin rouge and got this.

That is a very nice rose bush you have bred, Ozroz !
I put in around 20 new Teas, a long line of Shrub roses, added many hybred Teas to my fence line of them, Florribundas around our new future vegetable garden , climbers which I have put around my car port and three Weepers to put in two new areas of my garden.
Extending my garden got me to clear up the area around the garage so now there is no where for the snakes to hide and I can mow easily around it. Plus when I go up to the clothes line I can look at colour as I go.
We have had good rain since I planted them, especially a few nights ago, 32 mls. The creek is full. So everything is looking rosie for Spring !
