Thanks Berhard... it's a lovely rose... if it gets bad BS though it would suffer very badly here in the black spot capital of the world Sad Does yours repeat flower? I thought it was only once flowering. It certainly is lovely though and an important historical rose... I almost want it as much for this reason as anything you know.

not so bad as 'peace' which has shown the first spots very soon, PSC ist still clear:

the rose in not potted, it looks so, because there stays pot between. Left from the rose is growing a Campanula, an the other side a huge Delphinium.

Hi Rosefreaks,
it's not all as in every year, the first blooms of 'Ghislaine de Féligonde' and others fade very soon to a pale white ( that is possibly caused by the very hot 'pre spring' in this year, please look at the right down corner:

Brother Cadfeal looks midlewhile also more white than soft pink Crying or Very sad

This evening it has begun to rain ,since a long time ago. I must mark this spring in the calendar red.

If anybody is interested, the plant on the right side is 'Aristolochia macrophylla', ideal for shadowing.
