My Blue Addition Came Today

Finally, i was able to locate a Blue for you, here inPerth... from Swiss Roses.
Luckily a friend of mine only lives a few minutes away from the nursery.
otherwise it would have been about a 150kms round trip, and he made a good choice.

That is very nice and I keep thinking how much it reminds me of Anger Face every time I see BfY. You have an AF, too, don’t you, Paul. Would you agree with that?

Blue for You
is a most interesting rose. It sets great hips. I have one product which looks much the same growing next to my two bushes.
Its perfume is strangely spicy to my nose. Its colour the nearest to blue in a rose that I have seen. It is hardier for me than Rhapsody in Blue which I think is one of its parents. I got my plant from Wallara Roses in Sydney. I thought they said it was on Manettie rootstock.[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

Yep jac they are similar both are a good addition to my yard.
