Re: Images from today
Thanks Thee, my Hot Chocolate is a bit spindly and seems susceptible to attack from spider. But having said that, it isn't doing too bad just now, has had a recent flush of blooms. Certainly wouldn't put it too high on my favourites list at present.....

Some more I took today, some of these are the same flower as in the above photos, just a day older.

Re: Images from today
Yeah, I do too Thee. I actually prefer the other one I have, Sorbet Peche-Apricot, but these are 2 of the ones I got from the B store for $2 each after Christmas 2007. They are Delbard roses and I know that the Sorbet Fromboise is listed in the Rankins website and in their catalogue.
Will try to post pics of the other one when it flowers.

Re: Images from today
Quick note... this is not the G.E. forum or linked to any shop. If you want to mention the B store by name here that's fine (so long as it isn't slander LOL).
Re: Images from today
Thanks Simon, just habit I guess. But they certainly were good for that bargain shop. Shame I didn't get any more this year.

Re: Images from today
That's for sure, I was really upset about that. It was going fine and then within a few days, gone!!

Re: Images from today
I've still got the tag, but it doesn't actually have a name on it, just says it's a Mini Delbard. I think the tag is still outside in the pot, I'll have a look tomorrow and add what's on it to the messages tomorrow for you.

Re: Images from today
As promised, I have located the tag from the Mini Delbard and scanned it. Here are the images, both front and back. This one was purchased from a Woolworths Supermarket on the Sunshine Coast.

Re: Images from today
Just been outside and took some more pics today. I can't believe how quickly the Valencia has opened up, the warmer weather knocks them a bit, it was only a bud 2 days ago, now it's almost gone. More on the Sorbet Fromboise too, today there are 4 flowers and about 9 buds. They seem to hold up well though.

Re: Images from today
David, is it possible to make each photo bigger here, when looking at each one ? Also how do you load the photos on here ? I will have a try now.
Great photos ! I love espeacially the first three. How is Chateau de Clos Vouget to grow ? And the other two ?
Just saw your new photos, I love the Valencia !

Re: Images from today
Hi Karen,
I use photobucket also, if you click in the images they will open up larger for you. I post them as thumbnails, so they don't take too much for people to download, especially those who are on dialup.
Use the "link" button when posting your message to add in the link to your photo's.
Chateau de Clos Vouget is rather slow growing I find. It hasn't grown much since I got it early last year, but it flowers beautifully.
