Love looking at your roses Jordan. They are looking so beautiful.
Summer song looks stunning. What colours would it blend with in a garden bed, besides white/cream?
Waiting impatiently for my Chartreuse to open. I have found the colour varies from mauve/pink (like yours) to tightly furled bright fuschia/purple. Yours looks delicious, almost smell it from here.

I love my Summer Song but I've found the blooms really don't like the HOT weather. Now is fine and autumn is fine but over summer the blooms were very ordinary.

I was looking at Summer Song versus Pat Austin for the longest time this year and took Pat in the end; maybe I should have stuck with SS, just beautiful. Delicate Pat, too, spoils a bit fast in the QLD sun: the colour fades quickly (no problem, pastel is still OK) and the petals don’t fall, but turn into potpourri on the bush within a couple of days. But my garden is very exposed and every breeze feels like a strong hot blast.
There really isn’t one rose on this thread that I wouldn’t consider having, Jordan.

I think you'd find in terms of heat and wind that PA would not be too different to SS.

Sounds like it AutumnD, I hear the better orange DA for our climate is ‘Lady of Shalott’. But SS is still very tempting: nice warm, burned orange, I like the unusual colours …
