Good luck wit your crosses, Alee.
I've done a few crosses with Teas and DAs and have quite a few more planned this winter. One that is flowering well atm is Sceptered Isle X Comtesse de Labarthe. Similar colours (of course!) but larger blooms and richer shades inside. Upright blooms, cupped, sweetish perfume, low growing and twiggy - not leggy like SI. Gets some BS but I don't spray and it's still covered in leaves. Next season I'm hoping to bud some up. Would be interesting to try it up your way, Gary.

That would be excellent. I am sure they way Comtesse grows here that an offspring would go well.

I hear DA's grow well at Rita's and down south of the continent, will have to see it before I believe it.
