Sydney Linton, that is. One of my favourite roses from a visit to Bishop's Lodge a few years ago. Has a sensible big flush before the weather gets too hot then a smaller flush in autumn. Not a bad smell, either.

Nice photo Dave.
Its a great rose tree of Sydney Linton at the Bishop's Lodge isn't it ? I remember one especially, but I think there was two giants of it ?
