Good as a bush rose and does not need much maintainence...plenty of blooms and not in your face color....

Gorgeous! Is it Lavender Lassie? Envious of the greenery in the background. My HB's soldiering on, despite the dry and dust.

Re: Hybrid Musk
No, Roseman, there are heaps of pages! 16 pages of musks and I think about 28 of Noisettes! Quite a feast!
Of course we can't get them all here, but they still make good bedtime reading.

Re: Hybrid Musk
Hi David, I can't see a link there, am I blinder more than I thought.
Hi John & Dan, Your Roses are beautiful. I grow both of these in Sunny Brisbane and they do very well.
I have always loved Hybrid Musk's and hope to expand my collection.
On Noisetts, I have a book simply entitled 'Noisette Roses' from the Charleston Historical Society. This book even has Australian content.
Happy Rose Gardening...

Re: Hybrid Musk
Don't tell anyone Rosebud - the most relaxing reading of all, you drift off to sleep thinking of all those lovely plants you could buy.
When I'm in the dementia ward they'll be able to keep me happy all day with a few rose catalogues!
