Ralph Moore's slanting cut does work
I found callouses starting on 2 of the Vivid cuttings you sent me Simon. Also maybe one of the Ledas. So that is very good.
The 4 buds that I uncovered because they looke good and green are nearly dead. So all the others stay covered till I see the buds swelling.
I have taken alot of my bottles off the earlier pots of calloused cuttings, as a few of them started to get yellowing young leaves.

Karen, when you get time could you post some pictures of the bottles over your cuttings, I am interested to see how you are doing it.

Re: Ralph Moore's slanting cut does work
Well The photos would have been posted the other day but I had trouble at Photo Bucket posting only the one photo over and over again eventhough I was clicking on the code of other photos. I then noticed that all the photos had the same number on the codes. I emailed them but haven't got a reply yet.
I will try the other photo site that is joined to this one that Simon explained about, or will put them in my photo album here. I also have some photos of a un named rose that blonged to my late friend. It came down from her Husband's grandmother, so would be about 100 years old.
I put the bottles back at 8.30 this morning.

Well I was forgetting to tick the photo I wanted so these first two are alright but more than two photos it starts to just put the code instead of the photo. So is there a limit to how many you should post Simon ?

Here are a few more photos. I realised I wasn't unclicking them after each one was posted, so that must of been confusing things. Sorry
