I have a few Bi-Colour & Two-Tone Roses that I like but these 4 Below would be my pick. I don't grow them myself but have seen them both here and a couple of them overseas.

Re: Your Favourite Bi-colour and two tone roses ???
Daybreaker is actually quite nice, we have one in our garden just waiting for it to burst
I think my favourites leans more towards the big hybrid teas like Moonstone and Joyfulness. I also like Red Intuition, it can be stunning and also Henri Matisse.

I love my Red Intuition, flowers are so elegant, beautifully formed, last for ages and the bush is very healthy. Stripes are subtle, red on red. A rose that is very difficult to photograph, no pictures I've seen do it justice. Alas little scent.
Grimaldi is over the top exuberant and gorgeous. Coral and cream flowers, healthy as.

Daybreaker I adore. I've only had a couple of flowers late in the season after buying it at the end of last season, but oh those flowers were superb.

Lemme seee.... I currently only have one multi-colour, and that's the delightful Daybreaker. Such an absoloute darling that I can overlook (just this once) its faint scent. On consideratiion, though, I'd say my top two are the stingey but wow-flowering Adolf Horstman and Secret. Incredibly beautiful flowers, lovely fragrance, esp Secret (not available here, but in the parentage of PJPII). I never got tired of photographing them when I owned them in the early 2000s. I found two very old pix on my equally old photo disk (remember those?),which I reproduce here

Can one of you very clever, knowledgeable growers or breeders tell us. Striped & Bi-Colour Roses - Is the colouring from years of breeding, a chance sport or can this also happen due to a virus.
Thanks so Much.

I love Granada and the RSL rose. Unfortunately, I haven't got the RSL rose yet, but last year Granada flowered it head off and the scent was just stunning!

Does no one want to tell us a little about the production of the Bi-Colour & Two Tone Roses or is that not relivent to the topic. Sorry if I am getting myself into some kind of trouble asking these questions.

Re: Your Favourite Bi-colour and two tone roses ???
As stated before my rose journey in Ernest has been going for 3 years. In that time I've had good results with Scentimental and Double delight. However I'm hoping for my newbies Camille Pissaro and Maurice Utrillo to come on and give some enjoyment.

The George Dawson rose Imp would have to be my favourite bi colour as not only has it won me and the AQ a number of champion ribbons it grows like a weed and it is easy to keep the disease out.
