Looking, looking at everyones roses !!!
Ahhh well , i've been looking at everyones roses , and i'm getting closer to posting some photos of mine , spent a week on the Gold Coast , and came back to two rose blooms , chartreusse de parme , the rose i've been so tempted to pull out , but keep because of the beautiful blooms and fragrance , usually a BS magnet , but so far this year okay , other than that , still lots of buds .......

Maree, re Chartreuse de Palme, yep I know just what you mean, I've been on the verge but have persevered for its beautiful blooms. Mine is looking really good so far, several buds but not opened yet. I'm looking forward to seeing your flowers so we can compare.

Mine is in its third year Silkie , the blooms are outstanding , but the bush itself is usually pretty pathetic , this year though , its third year , is so far its best , so far , if BS strikes , i think it will probably shed all its leaves again ...... Next blooms i'll post Silkie .....

Thanks so much Jac , we had a wedding at Sanctuary Cove , stayed there a couple of nights , then headed back to Palm Beach , had a great time . You know what, i said to my husband , there 's people from the rose forum up here , but as usual , i'm never very organised, spend all my spare time outside ...... next time definately will , thanks .......
