Post by dannyboy 4th June 2012, 15:32

Hi there I bought a bare rooted rose yesterday called Better Homes Garden Rose by Meilland roses. It looks so stunning and highly frangant going by the card and I couldnt resist myself, but I'm having trouble finding any information about it online ??? Anyone know about it.On the card it doesnt have the name of the breeder, but the same company also breeds Mothers Love which I bought to Very Happy .

Does anybody know a rose callled Warm Wishes and were I can get it from to??.Thanks

Danny, can you give me 1/2 hour I have something to do and I will help you out. In the mean time go to Mr GOOGLE and place the names in there, that will give you a start.

Jordan, sometimes the price depends on the variety you buy. If yours are newer they are dearer. It would be interesting to compare the roses each of you bought.

Errr David... isn't it supposed to be "I am a roseaholic." ? Wink The first step is always admitting you have a problem.
THEN you can go out and satisfy the addiction.

Wow. Great perfume power list, jordan. Very Happy

I'll be interested to see how Best Friend does for you, She gave me a really impressive first flush, huge fragrant beasts. I never heard much from her after that, despite all my entreaties of fertiliser and water.

'Spirit of Peace' grows alright here. But be aware that rain on the petals will cause reddish spots.
