I understand not all the members grow them. I also do not know all the Teas. Question, now comes, "are there any or many" that do not hang their heads. Regards David. scratch

David

Yeah they mostly do though if you look to the photo on the side ------------------------------->
you will see that Comtesse de Labarthe stands up reasoanbly well.

This probably explains why you see a lot of photos of my hand.

General Gallieni doesn't nod. Nor does Baronne Henriette Snoy...just taking a mental walk around the garden here...G Nabonnand aka Jean Ducher has plenty of upright flowers, Hugo Roller is upright, Mme Lambard mostly doesn't nod, Dr Grill/William R Smith is OK and M Tiller faces the world as well. Can't speak for many others I don't grow

I certainly wasn't disagreeing with you, Balinbear. You are quite right, of course. I was just supplying some exceptions for David.

No you are ok Meryl. I was at work at the time and my mind was elsewhere.

There are probably none that stand up like modern HTs but In addition to the ones you listed others that hold up reasonably well are

Mrs BR Cant, Comtesse Riza de Park , Etoile de Lyon, General Schablikine, Isabella Sprunt, Safrano, Marie van Houtte, Souv de Therese Levet

In addition to the others mentioned, Souvenir d'un Ami and Octavus Weld always seems to be face-up.
