I've just made a new section where people can do reviews of books they have; be they old or new. I'm going to work on a standard template for each review so please hold off posting in here until the template is done. For now it would be great for people to respond to this post to voice their ideas about what information should be included in the template.

Ok... seeing as I was bowled over by suggestions here is the format for people to use for book reviews.

Book reviews need to show:

Title:
Main Topic:
Author(s)/Editors:
ISBN:
Cover scan/photo if possible:
Contents List (or contents page scan/photo):
Summary:
Strong points:
Weaknesses:
Star rating:

Note... star rating is out of five possible stars where one is least useful and 5 is the most. Use the star smileys in the smileys list. They look like this :

I wish to review a book,
When posting information I came to a limit of the page available,,,then promptly lost the lot.
How do I type a decent amount,or do I continue on another post.Also can one save and return to what has already been typed before sending,

A quick way to do it , is to write it out in word, then copy and paste back into the reply box. That way you can run spellcheck, grammercheck, save it, come back later to add on etc...etc
