A word of thanks for a gifted Roses
I have given away so many roses over the years, most in 8" pots with the best potting mix and two years of TLC .
Not to mention the fertiliser and expensive Sydney water. I shouldn't become annoyed when I don't hear thank you because that's not my nature but really in modern language, " IT PISSES ME OFF BIG TIME."

Re: A word of thanks for a gifted Roses
Recently I have came to know that a friend of mine was in Brisbane. And after seeing the Rose Classifed section, I contacted Ozeboy to see if it was possible to get some budwood and to bring it along with my friend to the Maldives. But unfortunately it was very short notice to send budwood from Sydney to Brisbane. Just wanted others to know that Bruce was very kind and had the budwood ready and found out that it would be difficult to deliver it on time for my friends depature. I was very happy that he did all he could, and I would like to thank him for all the effort and his kindness.
It is a pleasure to know you all and would like to take this opportunity to thank you all for all the information you all have shared on Roses and other stuff, and for the friendship you guys continue to have for each other on this forum. It's like one big family.
P.S. I have already thanked Ozeboy

I must clarify my first post by mentioning comment was not levelled at anyone here.
A recent visitor was the culprit, not a real rose person really.
Members of Rose Talk value roses too much not to be thankful.
