Heritage Rose Show

I thought you might like to see just a selection of photos taken at the Darling Downs Spring Rose Show. The second weekend of October each year the Darling Downs Heritage Roses Group puts up a heritage rose display in conjunction with the Darling Downs Rose Society Spring Show Championships at Holy Name Hall in Toowoomba. I am a member of both clubs but there is so much work done by three or four of us on the display, it is difficult to do anything else like exhibiting my modern roses.

Our Kitchen Window theme was very well received. We are planning our next theme for Gardenfest in Toowoomba on the first long weekend in May 2013 at the TAFE.
