Rain.
We have just had our first decent shower of rain in months ; not a down pour by any means but at leasr a lovely dust settling shower . The birds are all going crazy out in the garden and so are my kids ; I suppose tomorrow so will the weeds be.

Re: Rain.
Amazing weather here. It has not actually rained since early Thursaday Morning when we had a storm and recieved about an inch.
The length of the current dry spell we are in is some sort of record I believe.

Re: Rain.
I tipped 14mm out of the rain gauge late this arve. I was suprised , but we have had steady showers all day of what we used to call down the farm " fairy's p*** " ; seemingly light but very wetting.
