Please note... there has been a addition to the Terms of Use document relating specifically to the sale or exchange of PBR/Patent/ or the use of trade marks on Rose Talk. Please make yourself familiar with this update. You can see it (item No. 14) here: [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

Changes to Terms of Use Document Empty Re: Changes to Terms of Use Document

Simon, I clicked the "I agree box" and it came up this name has already been used.
No big deal as I am fully back into Black Pekins and competition Benchrest Shooting which take a lot of time. Bred best softfeather of show Central Coast this year. Age is catching up with me and might find it all too much in the near future. Good thing with shooting the rifles can be stored and won't die if not fed or watered.

Changes to Terms of Use Document Empty Re: Changes to Terms of Use Document

Congratulations Bruce... a lot of people underestimate how hard it is to breed a good black bird I reckon... same with whites etc.

Regarding the I agree bit... you don't have to tick that box once you are a member. This announcement is just to let people know that we've added a section to the TOU document regarding PBR protected plants.

You bring up a valid point though that I hadn't thought of before. That when someone joins up the first time they agree to the TOU that is place at the time. Then if we make a change people should be given the option of agreeing or disagreeing with the new set of TOU. I'm not sure how we should go about this issue but I think it is valid to ask people whether they still agree with the TOU as it stands with the option of disagreeing.

Leave it with us and we'll think this one through a little more carefully and see if we can come up with a workable option.
