Just Made Neptune's Acquaintance (the rose)

Dropped into the local Bunnings to search for Henri Matisse. No Henri, but there were rows and rows of Swane's Neptunes, all gorgeously lushand bursting with blooms and new buds. . My gawd, is that a divine rose or what? HUGE robust flowers, beautiful elegant perfume, and the richest mauve I've seen. Didn't have a grand plan for getting this one, but I may have to back and get at least two. I'm smitten.

Good to know Betsy. I don't think I've ever seen Neptune, will look for it at Werribee on the first.
