Glyphostate poisoning is out. The only rare times I use it, I paint it on, never spray it. PH shows neutral and other roses adjacent flourishing. Curl grubs? Could be but wouldn't that show up with the other roses?

Ausrose, Hi! I now know what you mean about Bruce Chapman's rose "Joyce Abounding". It is simply lovely and must put it on my "to buy" list! I also bought Baron Edmund de Rothschild, when I bought "Duet". Will need a bigger garden soon! LOL
