Spotted a bud !!!
Everyday , i've been looking , looking for buds and today i finally found one , only tiny , but its there . i took everyones advice and pruned later this year so my roses are just starting to bud now , will be so nice to see roses in the garden again .....

Hi,
I walked around the garden yesterday and yes!! there are a few buds showing now. (The tea roses didn't stop flowering over the winter.)

Rosy got buds on Pope John Paul and Chartreusse de Parme , CDP ,got beautiful flowers but it usually drops its leaves at the first sign of BS and stands there naked the rest of the year AAAHHHH!!!!

My Grandma told me she never had any luck with it, so I wanted to prove I could grow it and now it's dying. Lol.

My brother and myself have both Pope John Paul and have noticed it is a fast grower and very bushy.Both have buds now.

So does mine Dannyboy, it's a none stop bloomer, great rose. Now it has a a rival with Moonstone.I have just recently purchased Moonstone, planted it, has responded by growing buds straight away.

Happy roses can you keep us informed on Moonstones progress and some pics , have always had my eye on that one , thanks ...... Danny and Happy Roses PJP a great rose hey , mine in its third year now and i love it , gave it a hard prune this year and it came back really well , if it can survive my pruning , its a good rose lol !!!!
