Cheryl, I get them here like that every spring and autumn . Have tried hosing them off which reduces their numbers but spraying with Lebaycid kills them all. Pestercides reduce ones immune system so be very careful.

There has been mention of the Predator Wasp on this forum. Look through previous posts for Cree's comments. You may not have these very small wasps in your area but they are very worthwhile contolling aphids.
