actually it was a robber fly with her prey after an emergency landing on the garden wall, maybe caused by increasing the Maximum Flight Weight . Remember on your next flight, not to carry too many weighty baggage with you

Ah yes,ladybirds ! they're in the same industry, but attack smaller enemies of the rose, like aphids!
