I like that rose too, especially since I am a crazy dog lady and some proceeds go to the RSPCA.

David it isn't like that all the time. One time I remember vividly is quite a few years back when the AQ asked me to trim the top off the first rose she had budded. Not paying attention properly I cut the 1cm basal shoot through the middle.
