Photos from Dimity Cottage
I am going to try & put some photos up for you to see a bit of my garden, I was late in my plantings this year so it is not as advanced for Early Spring as I would like. These have only been taken on a phone, so not the best. When I can get the dust off the case I will get the good camera out but you asked for it so here they are. Also can anyone help me identify the Rose, it is a climber with very thick sturdy canes.[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

Re: Photos from Dimity Cottage
Dianne I managed to get a look at your photos. Your garden looks just lovely, everything looks healthy and it has that tranquil charm that I love. Wish I knew your secret for azaleas! I love them but they don't do very well for me, ending up with petal blight and assorted ailments. No idea IDing your rose, sorry. Very pretty though.

Re: Photos from Dimity Cottage
How come you guys can see the photos and I can't ??????
I grow my Azaleas around the seat in pots with lots of Tea Tree Mulch, the others have oodles of mulch on them also, I usually forget to water them and get in just in time. So maybe that's the answer don't baby them. I do spray when I do my roses and I use Beneficial Insects for the Red Spider Mite that helps. I like using Tea Tree Mulch on the Pots for the antiseptic properties, I like to think it helps keep my plants clean.
Cheers.

Dianne, if you click on that little thing at the end of your first post it should open, it will take a bit of time.

I don't think I've ever seen tea tree mulch. Antiseptic qualities sounds logical and certainly seems to work judging by your plants.

Re: Photos from Dimity Cottage
I think the problem was that the original link was to a *library* of photos - not a single image. And then the hyperlink wasn't "attached" to anything so the text doesn't show up until you hit "reply quote".

This was the one that has a ??? over it.

Re: Photos from Dimity Cottage
I think I have worked out how to do it but I I must have taken too long as Rosetalk closed down on me. Hope this is worth it, I will take better picks with a digital as the roses bloom. Thanks everyone for your help.
