Me too, love Christopher Marlowe. How do you find the fragrance Jordan? Also love the marbling on Commandant Beaurepaire. Well, I thought it was marbling til I looked it up on HMF just now and found it's a striped rose. I like the look of yours better, more subtle. Love the colour of Ekstase too. How do you find it Jordan?

hello silky,

Christopher Marlowe has a strong tea fragrance. its one of my favourite Austin's , it does take a bit to establish but once it does, it will reward you with great blooms and strong perfume Smile

ekstase is a good red rose , I've only had it for two years now it is a slow rose , had few blooms , I believe it is bred for cut flowers. the blooms do last long on the bush so if you like cutting the blooms and taking them inside silky , ekstase is a winner in the department . as far as the perfume goes it does have a strong heady sweet fragrance . to sum it up its a winner well at least for me

Really lovely rose blooms Jordan, thanks for showing us.
Hopefully soon I will have a few blooms again too. I have only just started dead heading my replanted roses, but there are a few buds and new growth.
