That last shot reminds me of Oklahoma but cool weather can affect a lot of roses to not open "cleanly".
It will most likely be easier to ID in a couple of months time when you have an idea of how much the bush repeats and how large the bush becomes. Also, close up pics of the leaves and thorns can assist too.
