Skepticism is healthy! Blindly doing what has been done because that is what has always been done is unhealthy. A lot of the information and advice we see on the internet, in books and magazines and on TV is based on information and practices developed in a time when things were not known or fully understood. As time has gone by many of these things have since been proven wrong and yet, we often still cling to these things and people who should know better still give the same advice over and over again. So.. be skeptical and ask questions... find research and discuss it. I am hoping this emoticon: Myth Busted! is going to become very popular Twisted Evil
