Re: Knight's Roses
Knights Roses have been wholesalers for a number of years and as dannyboy has said you can buy there special cause roses direct.
One of the roses you can buy direct is That's Life(Mather) the Alan Campbell memorial rose that was launched last year during May at Lyndoch Hill in the Barossa Valley. During the launch the AQ was presented with a plant of That's Life(Mather) by Daniel Knight for her contributions to the the promotion of Australian bred roses.

Re: Knight's Roses
Sorry for my ignorance, but what rose is the one in the above picture please? It's beautiful and also, is it fragrant? It looks like it should be!

Re: Knight's Roses
Thats Life Rose
Floribunda
Height Approx 1.4m Width 1.4m
Repeat Flowerer with a Light Floral Fragrance a mild fragrant kaleidoscope of colour
This delightful rose is like our ever-changing life. As the flower develops, they transform from yellow to peach in the opening bud through to apricot and pink when fully opened. The mildly fragrant flowers are carried singly or in small clusters on sturdy stems, ideal for creating a beautiful display in floral arrangements.
It is one of the first to flower in spring and last in autumn. Typical of many floribunda roses, it is quick to repeat flower throughout the season. It is also pest and disease tolerant with tough pale green foliage rapidly evolving from strong, bronze new growth.
Whilst the individual plant can grow relatively large (1.4 to 1.8m in height & 1.4 to 1.8m spread), it can be kept more compact with regular trimming and removal of spent blooms.
Availbale as a 1 year old bush | 2 year old Bush | Standard | Patio Standard
Bred by South Australian Wendy Mather, That’s Life is dedicated to her wonderful friend and doyen of the National Rose Society of Australia and Rose Society of South Australia, the late Dr Allan Campbell.
That’s Life was awarded a Certificate of Merit by the National Rose Trial Garden of Australia.
Dr Allan Campbell
The late Dr Allan Campbell was a devoted Rosarian. His expertise in rose growing, exhibiting, education and communication was outstanding. He never rested on his achievements and he put his whole heart into everything he did. After all, “That’s Life”!
