Well it was valentines day, so one said male goes out to the garden and picks an array of roses for his better half. Brings them inside, happy valentines day honey, only to be told that I should have chosen a better vase than a seamungus pot. I don't know one can never win lol

In all marriages even those made in heaven things can get testy at times. My favourite nephew who lives with the AQ and I at times always says to me on the side during testy times remember Uncle Doug "Happy wife happy life."

Very true Doug, it is better to say nothing and go along with them.

The Classic no win.

It is a Monday the AQ has had a tough weekend summer pruning roses so to relieve some of the pressure on her I get up load and unload the dishwasher, pack the dishes away, clean up the breakfast bar,do the washing ready for the ironing lady, make the bed and sweep the kitchen.

AQ comes home from work.

Yours truly, "Hello darling what sought of a day did you have today at work?"

AQ "Okay. Your mate Brian must have visited you today as you have left two dirty cups in the sink."

Luckily David the AQ doesn't have the time to regularly read the forum so for the present I haven't been banished to the back shed.
