Just beautiful Jordan, thank you. Not much to pick between FF and Falstaff, love them both, something about those colours and crinkled up petals that gets to me every time. Ambridge Rose looks lovely too.
Thanks Maree for asking Dan, would like to know myself.

hi maree,

ambridge rose is a medium size flower at first its cupped ,at a later stage is like a rosette form , very pretty when in full bloom, its not a huge rose.. very disease ressistant well at least for me .. never even sprayed it once , the perfume i would describe is medium fruity scent..
if u dont like the arching habit of some of the austin roses maree, one that i would recommend is ( brother cadfael)
strong fragrance . not a huge rose and very healthy Smile

Dan do you have Benjamin Britten? I'm quite taken with its colour and the scent is said to be of raspberries! Yum! How do you find it? Health, vigour, form, fragrance?

That's not to say that it wasn't there, I just didn't see it. There were quite a few I wanted to see but didn't. It would be easier with a map. In the end I even had trouble finding my way out! Laughing

no its okay maree,

l.d. is a beautifull rose . very dark in colour a little smaller then the prince and falstaff.. perfume wise its not very strong i would not recommend it purely on scent maree Smile
