Roses in coastal areas
Here are some pics I took whilst on holiday.
Windswept, misty tiny island of Lindisfarne.
This is when I decided that when it came to roses I was obviously doing it wrong.
These roses were astoundingly healthy despite the abundance of sea air etc.

? There is only one island of Lindisfarne. It's in the UK.

Its a goood thing that you didn't say the name of the roses were 'The Pink Rose, The Red Rose, and the White Rose"......

The white looks like a species type rose, I guess it is Mr/Mrs HMF time. I have no idea on the other 2

The roses that will grow well on the coast where the greater population resides are mostly too large. The Tea's are very suitable but definately too large for most residences. Miatures and others up to 1200mm are best sizes for this market.
