Re: My good news !
Hi Carol and Lildeb !
The house is a small 3 bedroom ( with 2 built in wardrobes ) brick house with a verandah along one side of the house. It was built in the 1970s and is sound. It has lovely ( from a distance any how ) shade trees all around it. The photos of the house, in the kitchen and loungeroom show quite a nice enough house inside. I am going to sign the contract in the morning. I will post some photos of it in a little while and will get some in person when we do dow n to see it in the shool holidays.
We had such lovely spots for swimming when we went to Tasmania two Summers ago, the only bad thing was the temperature of the water.
