David, it is a cut flower business with all the roses grown hydroponically.
I don't remember their name but if it is important that you know then I will inquire for you. If you are interested in purchasing this property then you will probably need somewhere around 3 million plus. The property is close to Glenorie village so the real estate is quite valuable and very desireable.

Last time I visited them they were complaining about the cheap imported roses that fall apart very quickly. However they are suffering loss of income from these imports and that could be the reason for selling.

What it is worth is anyones guess but a 5 acre block here with nothing on it except grass can fetch up to 1.1 million.

Do you still want to know whose business it is or will my information be sufficient?

No problem Bruce, just thought you might know thier name. At present we do not have a lazy 3mil plus for it.
