is it prepared like an piece from beef, medium rare ? I had a look at [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]. it will cost about 20€ p. kg w.o. packaging and posting in Germany, thats nearly the half of beef fillet, must test it

More like deer I think... it's very lean and quite dark but it stays quite moist if you don't over cook it. I really like it grilled New Orleans style not quite New Orleans style... but somewhere along those lines.
Bemo do you mean to tell us that over there Beef is nearly 40 euros / kg???

yes, thats roundabout the price: [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
fillet from an old milk cow will be a little bit cheaper. So it's not very often on the bill of fare

...pork, turkey, chicken, lamb and also beef but mostley the parts of the shoulder (scapular, very delicious, because not so dry, I like these jelly structures) and the upper legs. For a good ripened part of the leg from beef we have to pay up to 15 € p. kg.

I didn't mean to post twice, I thought had posted the above message but couldn't seeit, so I posted again. Plus when I posted, I did,t realise there were more pages on this posting.
That was interesting to hear about the Kangaroos and the Poppies. The poor things. So would the drug go through into the meat ?

I believe, it's digested soon, you will have an higer intake of morphin with a big piece of poppy-seed cake . It has been reported that the blue poppy also often contains a 'high' dose of the agent. So pay attention of feeding poppy-seed cake to young children.
clean regards
