Buy a rose when it is in flower.....that way you will see what the leaf health is and the color and the type of flower that is throwing up (which can be different from the picture tag if you get one)....

Would you consider that Moss Roses are easy to grow from your experience.

IMO Dianne they are easier to grow than HT's because they come from the older style roses and have not been manipulated as much

In your experience do they grow more out & close to the ground (like a ground cover) or are they fairly upright. You can read anything from a book,

Dianne I don't have them in the grounds, but from I gather they are rather upright , well at least in the pots they live in
