Re: Tea Roses in Flower
She is 'old', we have been in this house for 18 years and she was here before that. She does not get pruned.

Re: Tea Roses in Flower
The Countess is one of the few that we have to prune as they tend to get a bit leggy and it one the few teas that don't mind a prune.

Re: Tea Roses in Flower
Gary, I agree I also find The Duchesse can get a little leggy if not kept pruned. I don't want mine to grow as tall as David's so will have to not be lazy and prune them. She is one of my Favs. David you just keep doing what you are doing or not and she will keep thriving for you.

No I meant 5 o'clock this afternoon. Rooster and Manly. I hope its a good game. The good thing is I don't really care who wins.
As for Monday the Government up here finally decided to *censored* the public holiday so no going into work tomorrow.

Re: Tea Roses in Flower
Well I have come to the end of my Tea Roses sadly. So I guess I am just going to have to find a couple more to put on my Rose list to purchase for the 2014 Season.
Adam is a lovely Rose, growing well even though I only gave him a narrow area to grow in.
