News on my Oranges and Lemons
I went back to Dawsons, they sold me my Oranges & Lemons about 2 years ago. I has only ever had 2 single flowers over this time, it is a fantastically healthy bush with its luscious glossy leaves and nice tall bushy growth.
Dawsons answer... they no longer carry this rose, reasons... their plants had the same problems as mine and it was not viable for them to continue with this rose.
Well that's great, one would have thought that they might have tried and tested this plant before hand. Unfortunately for me the rose is 2 years old, they suggested that it could still be a nice looking plant to have in the garden.

I would suggest you speak to Dept Commerce WA Consumer Protection if you wish to pursue the matter to find out your rights in the situation.
"a reasonable person would not have bought the goods if they had known about the problem." This was taken from the Consumer Protection website and relates to when the consumer is entitled to a replacement or refund.

I have a standard on this and never has done well after the first year either, healthy enough and then all of a sudden it turns feral
