Re: Away for a few days
Hope you can find the time to pop into Waratah. Tiny, tiny town. Interesting historyof tin mining. Try the cafe for a snack. There is only one cafe. Six of us went in there, we comprised one diabetic, one gluten-free, one vegan and three ordinary eaters. They fed us! Amazing when you see how remote the place is and how small their customer base would be. Wonderful hospitality and friendliness.

I would have liked to have made it all the way down to Huonville but don't think we are going to be able to get away for that long... too many animals to leave for any length of time and now the kitchen stuff going on.

Trip was excellent... having computer issues at the moment... it's not liking having to process all the photos... I'm doing a clean-up and will get to the photos in a little while
