Well my Double Delight has taken its time to gets some blooms this season.
However the blooms have come out looking quite different and rather small.

Any Ideas as to why it's doing this, Last season the blooms were huge.

My double delight does that sometimes to Paul. This season the flower is larger and more red in it.It's a common rose, but for me one of the best for perfume and look's.

Paul I think I actually prefer it the way it is in your picture, looks more subtle which I like.

The one thing I can always bank on with the Double Delight.. it has a real heavy scent...It is the only rose that I've doubled up on.

Same here dannyboy...last years were huge and like you say heaps more red...and they lasted on the bush and as a cut flower for ages.
