Apparently the very helpful people with accents are already ringing Australians to say that their computers/passwords/accounts have been compromised by the Telstra problem, and only they have the solution ... They nearly caught me last time, but I said "thief" to the second, third and fourth phonecalls, and they stopped ringing me.

I just called them and mine is still dead... they said they'd send me a text msg when they can kick start it... funny how dependent we are on our emails isn't it! Been at a loose end all day waiting for responses from rosey people with whom I correspond Embarassed

We have had our emails back for about 2 hours (telstra). Your problem could be you are off shore Simon, lol!

Hi Simonis your email still out? Our email is still offline if you have a Bigpond account or bundle deal with telstra you may have to call them and get a new/reset your password, we do & haven't made the phone call yet.

I called them last night and they told me not to reset my password. Mine is still out and they told me to sit tight and they'd text me when it was fixed Dunno
