Alee.... it looks like the tissue culture website is now gone... but I do have a printed version of it at work. On Monday I'll look for it, scan it and send it to you 
It's very easy and uses materials easily obtainable from phamacies. I might even email the author and ask her (Acram Taji) if I can post the whole article here.
