No it has not snowed her. The coldest we have had is 5 degrees. Just wondering how everyone is coping in the cold.

As usual in winter most of the teas are flowering. I was thinking of pruning some a little but there are buds everywhere. I may have to put it off a little while (translates to it won't get done).

Strange to hear that Qld has snow , considering it is in the tropics and funny to wake up and see pictures of snow there in the media...

Yeah apparently a few years ago Stanthorpe a few years ago had a metre of snow in one night.

Bellthorpe (which is about 20 miles from here) had snow back in the eighties. I was working outside that day and the temperature on the coast dropped 12 - 15 degrees in a matter of minutes and there was a strange looking cloud towards the hinterland. It was the snow.

We have not had it here in town, but most of our outlying villages above 600mt have. Lucky we were not on our way to Sydney this morning, otherwise we would have missed our plane. The only way from Mudgee to Sydney was via Newcastle, another hour, so what, we are not driving, conned Grandchildren, don't you love them.

No snow here either, but I think it snowed up the road a bit. I stayed inside in front of the heater though, so I can't confirm!

Good morning everyone, on our trip down yesterday we had what was left of rather thick snow and black ice which closed the roa to Sydney, Luvkily it reopened when we got to it.
