Roses Forever from Denmark
Last night I was in KMart in Toowoomba and they were selling the Roses Forever series of roses. I have had Marseille Forever, Roma Forever and Napoli Forever and really like them, particularly the unusual colour of Napoli Forever. These roses hold their form for a long time.
I have looked for a photo from my plant which grows in a tree pot but can't find one but you can see them on the Eskelund website: [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] The ones in KMart were not names but you can recognise the blooms on this site.
Bred by Rosa Eskelund (Denmark, before 2009).
Introduced in Denmark by Roses Forever / Rosa A/S in before 2009 as 'Napoli'.
Class:Patio.
Bloom: Coffee, copper outer petals. Mild, rose fragrance. Average diameter 2.5". Medium, very full (41+ petals), borne mostly solitary, in small clusters bloom form.
Blooms in flushes throughout the season. Dark green foliage.
