Birthday Boy
For those that have poked their head on the forum today, it is our very own Balinbears(Gary) day. The ripe old/young age of 57. That might explain why the old/young fella is not on here today.
We have not got a "Happy Birthday" emoticon, so I will say Happy Birthday Gary.

Re: Birthday Boy
Thanks folks and apart from getting up early and spending a couple of hours dealing with some weeds before they grow too large I have not really been in the garden today.
That is apart for some watering, several walks around the yard checking out how thongs are going, working out what needs doing, trying to devise a system of keeping the roses under the big gum trees moist, working out how to drain water off the hill (mm maybe a tank and then pump water up to the roses under the trees - no a windmill so it does not need electrcity), checking on my cuttings, seeing how my seeds are going (unfortunately Simon they were weeds so no baby teas as yet), dividing a couple of plants I did nothing in the garden at all.
Lee and I went out for morning tea and had custard and peach muffins, my daughter cooked up a mexican fiesta for dinner and we are having banana splits for desert later tonight.
Thank God you only have one birthday a year. I think I need a

Re: Birthday Boy
Gary,
You have had a wonderful day.
If we leave home now will we be in time for the banana splits . They are one of my favourite puddings. I am drooling.
Enjoy the rest of your day
